I know I have commented here before but they should be bringing stores such as Crate & Barrel, The Container Store, Harris Teeter, Barnes & Noble, Costco, BJ’s or Sam’s Club (even though one of them was originally slated for the area) and restaurants such as Cheesecake Factory, Texas Roadhouse, Ted’s Montana Grill maybe another Melting Pot or a restaurant that isn’t in this market such as Romano’s Macaroni Grill or Shake Shack or maybe even Qdoba or Baja Fresh. Typically 20-30 cents cheaper than St. Johns county gas. In my opinion, nothing is mediocre because it could benefit residents in the surrounding area in terms of shopping, dining and entertainment.
