I don't know, as you mentioned this only applies to one-shotting which requires a lot of gear (I have trouble believing you can oneshot at Elrianode with Phantom Seeker without a +11). "Average" is debatable base on your taste. I don't necessarily think it would be all that bad. I have those three at moderate gear to run Elrianode.
